Quilton – Subscription Policy

Effective Date: 6 May 2026  |  Applies to: Online (quilton.com.au) Purchases

This policy explains how the Quilton Subscribe and Save Program works, including how to sign up, manage, and cancel your Subscription. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Online Sales. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

Capitalised terms used in this policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions of Online Sales.

1. How Subscriptions Work

The Subscribe and Save Program allows you to receive regular deliveries of selected Quilton products at a frequency you choose, in return for payment at the time of each order.

To join the Subscribe and Save Program, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • your name;
  • contact details; and
  • credit card or debit card details.

Your Subscription becomes active once you have completed the sign-up process and your first order has been confirmed. By activating a Subscription, you agree to be charged on a recurring basis at the frequency selected in your account.

2. Account Responsibilities

Upon activating your Subscription, You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Subscription details, account and passwords; and
  • any and all activities on the Website that occur under your Subscription details, account and passwords.

3. Billing

Quilton will charge your nominated payment method on or after the Billing Cutoff Time as indicated in your Subscription account. The Billing Cutoff Time is the date on or after which Quilton will process your payment for the upcoming delivery cycle.

Prices displayed for Subscription products include GST and any other applicable taxes. Quilton reserves the right to amend, update or vary any and all discounts, features and benefits offered as part of the Subscribe and Save Program.

Your Subscription renews automatically at each selected interval unless you cancel prior to the relevant Billing Cutoff Time. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are kept current and accurate in your account.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Quilton will notify you and will pause your Subscription unless and until the payment failure is resolved.

To avoid disruption to your deliveries, please ensure your nominated payment method has sufficient funds and that your card details are up to date in your account prior to each Billing Cutoff Time. You can update your payment details at any time by logging into your account on the Website.

5. Pausing, Skipping and Updating Your Subscription

You may pause, skip, or update your Subscription at any time prior to the relevant Billing Cutoff Time for the upcoming delivery cycle. Changes made after the Billing Cutoff Time will take effect from the following cycle.

You can manage your Subscription, including updating your delivery frequency, product selection, delivery address and payment method, by logging into your account on the Website.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time prior to the relevant Billing Cutoff Time. If you cancel after the Billing Cutoff Time, the cancellation will take effect from the following cycle and you will receive and be charged for the upcoming order.

To cancel your Subscription, log into your account on the Website and follow the cancellation steps, or contact us via quilton.com.au/feedback.

Quilton also reserves the right to terminate your Subscription at any time upon written notice to you.

7. Product Availability

All Subscription products are supplied subject to availability. If a product included in your Subscription becomes unavailable, Quilton may, to the maximum extent permitted at law, delay, skip or substitute supply of that product upon provision of notice to you.

Where a substitution is made, Quilton will endeavour to provide a product of similar type and value. If you are not satisfied with a substitution, please contact us via quilton.com.au/feedback.

8. Delivery

Subscription orders are delivered to your nominated delivery address within Australia. You are responsible for all costs associated with delivery, including freight and any other applicable charges.

Any delivery date provided by Quilton is an estimate only and not a contractual commitment. Quilton will use reasonable endeavours to meet estimated delivery dates but will not be liable for any failure to do so.

9. Changes to This Policy

Quilton reserves the right to amend or update this Subscription Policy at any time by written notice to you. Any changes will apply to Subscription cycles that commence after the date of notice.
